If a position does exist requiring similar skills and experience such as yours, you may be contacted for an interview.  Otherwise, a copy of your resume/application will be placed on file for four months and will be cross referenced when positions become available.

DEPARTMENT MANAGER: Hillsdale

We are looking for a Store Manager to for Hillsdale. It is a wide-ranging position with responsibility for the overall customer service, appearance, and operation of the store, supporting all departments in meeting objectives for operating  results. The position directly supervises the Front End and equipment and facilities maintenance. The Store Manager is a member of the Management Team and cooperates on multi-departmental projects. This is a hands-on job requiring extensive grocery retailing and supervisory experience and direct involvement in day-to-day operations. The schedule will include some evenings and weekends.

 We are looking for someone who can bring their experience to this new position in our organization and help adjust and craft the position to fit the unique needs of our store. Someone who is a leader, takes initiative, is flexible and creative, has a collaborative work style, and is an excellent supervisor and communicator.

DEPARTMENT MANAGER: DELI

We have an opening for Full-Time Deli Manager to oversee on-site production and deli service for our two store locations. Responsibilities include hiring, supervision, customer service standards, sales, margin and labor control, and safety. This is a hands-on job for someone who can manage multiple priorities, track details, provide leadership, and inspire great customer service from employees. Previous management/supervisory experience required.

DEPARTMENT MANAGER: PRODUCE

Also open at this time is the position of Full-Time Produce Manager!  This position is responsible for managing operations at both store locations.  It is a technical position and requires a strong background in data management, pricing knowledge & expertise, supervisory skills, and extensive back-office work.  Previous management/supervisory experience is required.
